The M65 jacket has had a long service record spanning well over 50 years. Originally produced in Olive Drab, these jackets first entered service in the late 1950s, replacing the M51. Some may argue the roots of this iconic design first originated in 1943, with the early production of the M43 field jacket, and they are right!
