Refund policy

Please contact us with your order number or invoice number to be assigned a return authorization number before shipping products back to our store.

Fees:

  • Return orders over $75.00 are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
  • Canceled orders after processing are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee.

In-House Made Items:

  • These items are not returnable. Due to the items being custom made/modified to a "one of a kind item", returns are not possible. 

14 Day Return Policy:

  • We have a 14 day return policy in which the item must reach our facility within 14 days of the receipt of your items.
  • Once the item(s) are physically returned to our store, they will be subjected to a full inspection.
  • If the items are returned in the exact condition as when they were shipped from our store, a refund of the purchase amount will be allotted back to the customer. If the items are damaged/ missing /replaced in any way, a refund will not be given.
  • All shipping charges are non refundable.
  • Items specifically marked as not returnable in their product descriptions cannot be returned under any circumstances.
