Refund policy

Please contact us with your order number or invoice number to be assigned a return authorization number before shipping products back to our store.

Fees:

Return orders over $75.00 are subject to a 15% restocking fee.

Canceled orders after processing are subject to a $50.00 cancellation fee.

In-House Made Items:

These items are not returnable. Due to the items being custom made/modified to a "one of a kind" item, returns are not possible. NO EXCEPTIONS.

14 Day Return Policy:

We have a 14 day return policy in which the item must reach our facility within 14 days of the receipt of your items.

Once the item(s) are physically returned to our store, they will be subjected to a full inspection.

If the items are returned in the exact condition as when they were shipped from our store, a refund of the purchase amount will be allotted back to the customer. If the items are damaged, missing, replaced in any way; a refund will not be given.

All shipping charges are non refundable.

Items specifically marked as not returnable in their product descriptions cannot be returned under any circumstances.

International Orders: 

We do not ship internationally.

Any orders placed by international customers using a freight forwarding service and or having a person(s) bringing said items abroad are not eligible for returns. All sales are final, NO EXCEPTIONS.
