Orders are typically shipped 1 to 3 days after received. You will receive an order confirmation via email. When shipped, a tracking number will be sent along with any updates.
Overnight Shipping:
If you require overnight shipping, please call 856-467-0529. Our store phone hours are 11 am to 5 pm.
Special Shipping Instructions:
If special shipping instructions are required, it is the responsibility of the customer to call our store (856-467-0529) prior to placing any order to ensure we are made aware of any instructions. If we can not fulfill said instructions for whatever reason, the customer will be made aware over the phone in real time.
Failure to call the store to confirm special shipping instructions is at the fault of the customer. If the package is not delivered correctly it is at the fault of the customer and no refunds will be given.
Shipping Policy:
It is the sole responsibility of all customers to provide the correct shipping address for every order, to ensure proper delivery of their package. We will not be held responsible for problems that occur with an incorrect shipping address.
If your address is flagged by our monitoring system in any way, we will contact you by phone and email. If you do not respond within 3 days of being contacted we will be forced to cancel your order.
If at any time, a package is refused upon delivery, it is the responsibility of the customer to pay for all shipping costs to or from our store. A 10% restocking fee will be charged regardless of purchase amount.
If the items are returned in the exact condition as when they were shipped from our store, a refund of the purchase amount will be allotted back to the customer. If the items are: damaged / missing / replaced in any way, a refund will not be given.
Once the item(s) are physically returned to our store, they will be subjected to a full inspection.
You will not receive any reimbursement for shipping costs.
Once the item(s) are delivered to the address provided, with physical proof (pictures or official documentation) provided by the shipping service used, we are not responsible for the items. It becomes the responsibility of the customer if the items are stolen or misplaced at the delivery address.
Multiple Orders:
If the customer places multiple orders, the orders will not be combined. The customer will pay whatever the shipping cost is per order.
To avoid wasting YOUR money please order everything at one time.
General Delivery:
We will REFUSE any orders with shipping and or billing addresses to "General Delivery" locations. You must have a legitimate physical shipping and billing address to receive any products from our business.
Orders placed using "General Delivery" will be canceled/ refunded, no exceptions.
International Orders:
We do not do international shipping.
